If your organisation or events are not for profit and community focussed it is our pleasure (and main aim) to provide the Horsley Calendar to you free of charge.

We will happily provide you with a login to the site and ask only that you make every effort to keep your listing up to date, and stick to our format (and accept our terms of Use).

If you would like us to add or maintain your event we would ask you for a donation towards our costs.

If your organisation or event is for profit there are two price scales:

Self-Service

Ask us for a login and add your event(s). At launch our main focus will be to drive awareness and adoption so our prices reflect that.

Per event: £5 (for one-off listings)

Per Quarter £15

Per Annum £40

Supported

(We will add and maintain your listing)

Per event: £5 (for one-off listings)

Per Quarter £25

Per Annum £75

Fees are payable in advance of your listing.

Soon you’ll be able to pay online but for now please request an invoice.
